Lybia’s holy war against Switzerland
Preoccupied by the Afghan war, health care, the bizarre killing in Dubai and so much more, the situation between Switzerland and Lybia almost escaped us. And yet the tense relation between the two nations has been going on for a while. Ethiopia faces famine again
Hard to believe that it was almost a quarter of a century that the Live Aid concert took place with many of the worlds pop starts. It was 1985 and many of us were enthusiastic about the large amount of money it was raised (approx. $283.6 million) for famine relief in Ethiopia. Now we are facing the same threat. An ambitious and encouraging solar project
On November 28, 2007, his Royal Highness Prince Hassan bin Talal of Jordan, former president of The Club of Rome, presented a White Book about the DESERTEC Concept to the European Parliament.
