Sunday December 13th, 2009 18:17 For a world free of landmines

In 1997 many in the world heard about landmines and their devastating effect because Princess Diana, after a visit to Angola to see some of the victims of these landmines, called for an international ban on them. From the Netherlands an interesting new project in Europe (Singapore is introducing a similar plan in 2010) to end chronic traffic jams and with the added benefit of cutting carbon emissions.
