Hello again to all the readers of KeyboardPolitics. No, we did not quit as the team enjoys being able to communicate with you. Simply, some hacker, for whatever reason, decided to attack KP and it has taken a bit to restore the blog and be able to publish once more. But here we are readier than ever to go on. The NATO summit in Lisbon is finished. After the dismal results of the G20 in Seoul, the leaders attending Lisbon have gone home relieved that things went better this time.
