On learning the news that President Obama communicate to the country, many Americans reacted by celebrating the death of Osama bin Laden in a way that could only be explained by the fear its citizens have been under for the last ten years. Now, together with Manos Limpias, a Spanish ultra-right civil servants’ trade union organization, they have filed a case against judge Baltasar Garzón, internationally well know for indicting Osama bin Laden and the Chilean dictator Pinochet. Today as bells tolled throughout New York City and mourners observed the moment in silence, people honored the nearly 3,000 nationals of over 90 countries who died in the terrorist attacks in New York, Washington and Pennsylvania.
